Klement "Puppey" Ivanov, a popular player of Dota 2, openly confessed that he joined NAVI because he was bored, while it was actually some sort of a holiday from the professional gaming activity.
During PGL Wallachia Season 2, he shared this Information in the interview.
“Why did I take a decision to play for a stand-in at Ukraine’s Natus Vincere? I was getting bored. Well, not so much, so that one is avoiding boredom but it is just a bit odd to be playing Dota at a professional level and yet trying to not play it. Many people sit out for some time in order to refresh themselves and some of them don’t work. I would say, in most cases, it doesn’t work. If I am going to carry on with this profession, I am not taking rest. If I want to play, I play”
He asserted that having a rest from professional activity is not effective, so he offered himself to practice in the stand-in role. At the same time, he explained that he just was curious, what will be the result of him playing for a different team.
"I only cared about having fun and seeing what happened out of it. That's all"
Remember that some time ago, Puppey achieved his revenge about The International 2013 since this last happened 11 years ago.
