Clement "Puppey" Ivanov reminded Valve of their promise to bring back the Battle Pass in the new Dota 2 season, but they never fulfilled it.

The statement from Team Secret captain came during an interview with Esports.net.

"It's unclear why nothing is happening. I didn't even go to TI last year, but they removed the Battle Pass and then said it would be part of the tournaments next year, but we don't see anything like that. It seems like a scam. But it's just funny"

According to the esports player, he even suspects that the developers' promise was a deception, as there have been no announcements. Moreover, several major Dota 2 tournaments have already concluded, and there is still no information about the Battle Pass, emphasized the professional player.

Valve has not commented on this statement yet. However, it is possible that the Battle Pass may appear in the next major Dota 2 update, expected in the spring of 2024.
