PSG.LGD will miss DreamLeague S19

The Chinese esports organization PSG.LGD has announced on Twitter that their Dota 2 roster will not take part in DreamLeague Season 19 due to visa issues.
However, the organization assured that the team would have time to solve all the problems and arrive at the start of ESL One Berlin Major 2023:
We are sorry to announce that team PSG.LGD won’t be able to participate in DreamLeague S19 as planned due to visa issues. With the highest regard we hope all supporters will enjoy the games and everything goes well in DL S19.
PSG.LGD will be back at Berlin major.
