Petushara named the likely reason behind the DDOS attack on Team Spirit

Vladislav "Petushara" Kozlovsky asserts how Tundra Esports loss may have financially disadvantaged some people along the lines of a bet and triggers a question as to whether there is a link to the DDOS attack inflicted on Team Spirit during the Grand Finals of DreamLeague Season 25.

This theory was posted by the pro gamer on one of his Twitch live streams.

“My personal guess is that big wagers were placed against Tundra, which is very definitely a possibility. When the team proceeds to lose, it made sense for them to DDOS Spirit. To put in layman’s terms, for them the game was of dire importance. Resting a loose change wager of over 10s will of course result in losing at the end. They were able to evade all of this by discovering a loophole which is why it occurred”

Petushara suggested that a large bet was placed on Tundra Esports, but since the team started losing, the attack was organized as a last resort to influence the tournament and avoid financial loss.
