A critical bug has been discovered in the global Patch 7.35 for Dota 2, allowing players to crash the game servers and manipulate the statistics of all participants by spamming a phrase in the chat.
A corresponding video has been posted on the Ez Dotes page, demonstrating the consequences of exploiting the bug.
To trigger the server crash, players need to spam a phrase in the chat for three minutes in Chinese, roughly translating to 'the company helps move things to the other end of the country.' Following this, the match statistics are not saved.
Unfair players might exploit this bug to improve their statistics by deleting matches they lost. It is likely that Valve will release a hotfix soon to address the vulnerability and potentially penalize those abusing the bug.
It's worth noting that earlier,
Team Spirit discovered a bug in the new patch that allows increasing the attack range even for melee creeps.
