The Dota 2 Patch 7.34c surprised everyone by being released just a few days before BetBoom Dacha and DreamLeague Season 21. As expected, this patch brings numerous buffs and nerfs that will shape the meta for upcoming events. You can find more information about the general changes in our Dota 2 Patch 7.34c overview.
While many Dota 2 heroes received nerfs in this patch, some have been slightly buffed. It's uncertain whether these changes will bring them into the meta, but let's take a closer look at the biggest winners of 7.34c.
Axe

Axe is a popular offlaner in PUB games but less so in pro matches. Recent updates in Dota 2 Patch 7.34c have made him one of the winners. Berserker's Call now has a 315 radius instead of 300, making it easier to use. Additionally, Culling Blade now deals more damage (275/375/475), making it more effective to eliminate low HP targets. Axe's level 10 talent now provides +10 armor instead of +8 when using Berserker's Call.
Nyx Assassin

Nyx Assassin benefits significantly from the 7.34c changes. His Mind Flare now has a higher INT multiplier during levels 1, 2, and 3, strengthening his early game. Spiked Carapace has lower cooldowns on levels 1, 2, and 3, making it more versatile. Vendetta now grants +75 attack range and +70% attack animation speed, making it easier to land attacks.
Zeus

Zeus, a potent nuker in Dota 2, receives buffs that will likely bring him back into the meta. Lightning Bolt now stuns for 0.35s instead of 0.25s, making it more disruptive. Thundergod's Wrath has a reduced cooldown (120s instead of 130/125/120) and lower mana cost at levels 1 and 2, allowing Zeus to use it more frequently.
Abaddon
Abaddon has received small buffs once again. While not a popular hero in both PUB and Pro Dota 2 games, these changes may make him a more viable option. The range of Abaddon's Mist Coil has been increased at levels 2, 3, and 4. Curse of Avernus also provides an additional 20 attack speed at each level. Moreover, his level 20 talent, Borrowed Time Immolation, now grants 95 DPS instead of 85. These changes will mostly affect players who want to use Abaddon as a core.
Clinkz

Clinkz, who has been absent from the Dota 2 meta for a while, receives significant buffs in 7.34c. Strafe grants the Burning Skeleton Archers 65% attack speed (up from 50%). Burning Barrage now deals 75% damage per arrow (up from 65%). His level 20 talent now grants +300 Death Pact HP instead of +250.
Spirit Breaker

Spirit Breaker, a hero not seen much recently, receives buffs in 7.34c. Charge of Darkness now provides +25 extra bonus speed per level. Nether Strike grants +25 more damage on each level, improving his late-game scaling. His level 15 talent now offers +45 damage instead of +40.
Muerta

Muerta, a carry hero, receives important buffs in Dota 2 Patch 7.34c. These include increased damage for Dead Shot, providing more overall DPS. Her ultimate now gives +20 more damage at level 1 and +10 more at level 2. Her level 15 talent also offers +100 extra range for Dead Shot, improving her effectiveness.
