On Reddit, people are asking Valve to add a new feature to Dota 2

A Dota 2 fan on Reddit asked Valve to allow spending shards, that Dota Plus users get from subscription, to buy Monster Hunter crossover materials.

It’s noted, that this feature would be useful not only now, but during all events. The need for this mechanic is explained by the fact that subscribers accumulate a huge amount of shards, that literally have nowhere to go. In comments they mention, that if Valve allows exchanging shards for materials, it would not only reduce grind in the event, but also attract new players to Dota Plus.

Nevertheless, some people think, that such step by developers would harm the game, because mixing Dota Plus shards with event currency is a bad idea. Also, it’s emphasized that not all players use the subscription, which would put some users in unfair position.

Also earlier, Team Spirit analyst spoke about new Dota 2 hero Arjun, who soon may appear in game.
