Tommy "Taiga" Le, former player of OG, suffered from ludomania, which shattered his career as a Dota 2 esports player. He lost more through gambling than he earned during his years of professional Dota 2 play.

Taiga himself announced this on his Twitter account.

According to him, the gambling addiction began after The International 2022 when he started betting on football, basketball, and tennis. Soon enough, he had lost more than he had earned throughout his Dota career, which amounted to over $650,000.

As a result, his relationships with loved ones deteriorated, and he could no longer effectively compete in Dota 2. Nevertheless, he has already confessed to his family, undergone therapy, and is ready to return to the professional scene. He has already signed a contract with one of the teams to compete in the upcoming season.
