OG has admitted that they are learning to play Dota 2 from Team Spirit

Mikhail "Misha" Agatov, coach of OG, stated that his team is learning from Team Spirit replays. They have discovered numerous tactics in Dota 2 through them.

The coach of the team revealed this during an interview with Cybersport at BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024.

"We learn a lot from watching Team Spirit replays. They are a strong team, undoubtedly. We've had a lot of inspiring discoveries when we, for example, watched a Team Spirit replay and said, 'Here they messed up, this is a cool team play, how well they fight.' And we start talking about some concepts in Dota, how to fight, how to move. Sometimes looking at another team helps to provide a different perspective because they already have everything set up, they have structure, they are strong"

Misha noted that the players have indeed learned a lot from their competitors since Team Spirit is genuinely a strong opponent. He also admitted that he spends more than half of his time as a coach on watching and learning from replays.

However, even with such an innovative approach, OG has not shown impressive results in the tournament so far. They may even be eliminated from Group B along with nouns. Considering that their next opponents are Xtreme Gaming and Team Spirit, such an outcome is more than probable.
