OG coach names the person responsible for Dota 2 drafts

Adam Erwan “343” Shah stated that he is the one who makes key decisions on OG drafts based on the wishes and preferences of the players.

The OG coach made this statement on YouTube.

"The draft is definitely an open environment. I do the preparation, talk to the guys, and they offer their ideas."

Acording to Adam Erwann “343” Shah, although he has the final say, in most cases, the work on drafts remains a team efort, and the responsibility is distributed evenly between him and the players. The OG coach noted that his players offer a lot of interesting ideas, but the team often lacks the time to make team decisions.

"At some tournaments, the players know their matchups very well. They also look at their opponents. There are many suggestions, and they are good ones. Sometimes we just don't have enough time for everyone to speak up. It's a team effort. Formally, I have the final say, but it feels more like 50-50."

Earlier, Quinn Callahan praised the new OG lineup for their approach to drafts and the team's creativity.
