Sebastian “Ceb” Debs said his team was not strong enough to win the tournament, but fourth place at ESL One Birmingham 2024 is also a good result.
The
OG captain expressed the same thought on his official Twitter page.
“Close! We fall this time, tried our hardest. Super proud of the team. A million thanks for the support and the love in the arena and online, it really lifted us. Weren’t supposed to even be here and end up top 4,
OG magic against the odds. We love you back”
At ESL One Birmingham 2024,
OG lost their first match in top seed playoffs to
BetBoom Team, then eliminated
G2.iG lineup from the competition but ended their run on that same day by losing to
Team Falcons. The squad finished fourth at the event –– which can be considered as one of
OG’s best results at major tournaments in recent history.

It should be noted that before facing
BetBoom Team, Sebastian “Ceb” Debs called out one player from the opposing side as being highly dangerous.
