NS surprised everyone with his assessment of patch 7.40 and Largo

Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov was extremely satisfied with patch 7.40, the new hero Largo and the Winter Collectors Cache 2025, which surprised the Dota 2 community.

The streamer and former esports player shared his opinion on his Telegram channel.

“The patch is interesting, there are various moments that will definitely shake up the game both in pubs and not in pubs and that’s all we really need. I was a bit confused by the fact that a bunch of heroes don’t have aspects. Maybe Valve decided to carefully cut them out? Or maybe they forgot to finish them, it’s not very clear”

NS noted that the changes to the draft stage as well as hero reworks will positively affect pubs and the Dota 2 pro scene. Nevertheless the streamer is surprised that many heroes still remain without aspects.

“The new hero is extremely fun, looks a bit like an imba but that’s not scary, they’ll fix it and the overall concept and design are super funny. Plush Centaur Warrunner — respect (the rest of the sets, except Tiny and Techies, didn’t really click)”

NS is also happy with Largo — he liked both the concept of the new hero and his strength in pubs. The streamer also spoke positively about Winter Collectors Cache 2025, although not all skins seemed equally good to him.
