Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov admitted that at the beginning of his esports career, he didn't have enough money that he could earn by playing Dota 2. Therefore, he had to earn extra income by laying internet cables.
In an interview with Cybersport, the former esports player and streamer shared this information.
"I really laid internet cables with the guys, it happened... I was laying the internet not in 2005 or something, but in 2010 when we were in DTS because we had a salary of $100 per month. Maybe $200 — in any case, not the kind of money you can live on in Moscow. You can survive, but the resources are still modest. I had to earn extra income"
He emphasized that although he could survive on his income from Dota 2, the amount was insufficient for that time. Therefore, he had to find additional work with friends. Some fans even jokingly refer to the former esports player as "Cable Guy." Nevertheless, NS understands that these are just jokes and doesn't take offense.

Recall that earlier NS predicted the possible release date of the Fallen Crown update and the start of the holiday event in Dota 2.
