According to Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov, he has lost contact with Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev, which is why he cannot find the relevant dialogue in his account, but the content creator is confident that there is an outstanding debt. Judging by the streamer's statement, the debt arose while RAMZES666 was still playing in the “golden lineup” of Virtus.pro, but now NS is not too keen on getting it back.
