NS named the real reason for Gaimin Gladiators' defeats

Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov said that before kicking Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov, he and the other Gaimin Gladiators had an average performance rating. Shkredov’s removal led to the Gaimin Gladiatorscompletely collapsing as a team, which explains why they were winning in the first place. Their entire system worked like a well-oiled machine.

In regard to these details, the streamer and ex-esports athlete discussed this on his Twitch channel.

“In certain scenarios, a group of five relative nobodies can perform unexpectedly super strong. They aren’t mega-super-cool players, just average guys. Each of them anchors to the other, creating an unreal chemistry. And when there is a need to dismantle one of the pieces, it does not matter which one, it turns apart completely. So they decided to replace a screw with a different one, and in that entire mechanism started screeching, making weird noises, and in that chemistry were nowhere to be found. Everything stalls completely and turns into ****"

He also worked around the fact that even though the Gaimin Gladiators ensemble were not that skilled, their synergy was strong enough to give good results. Sadly, the team is losing almost all of their matches on the Dota 2 professional setting which is quite abnormal for a team with strong chemistry.

"To be honest, these specific players of the Gladiators never truly captured my attention, other than possibly Tofu. A person such as myself would be unable to describe Quinn, Ace, or Seleri as something that isn’t real****. They are acceptable, they are fine. However, at some point, along with Dyrachyo, they somehow merged together to form a superteam. After replacing one piece though, the team began to creak and grind”

NS highlighted that it was indeed Dyrachyo that made them a strong roster, but everything collapsed when he was taken out. The ex-pro confirmed his previously held belief of those players not being extreme powerhouses and instead, accepting that they were decent fighters.
