Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov, streamer and former esports player, believes that Valve is neglecting The International 2024 this year. According to him, with less than 20 days until the Dota 2 World Championship, there is still no Battle Pass or Compendium.

NS shared his thoughts on his Telegram channel.

"I suddenly realized that TI is in 20 days, but there's no hype or buzz, no event advertising, so to speak. Previously, there were various info triggers, primarily the Battle Pass, but now there's nothing at all. Absolute silence. There's not even a **** Compendium. Did they really decide to keep the prize pool at just $1.6 million? I don't believe it. On the other hand, WHERE IS SOMETHING?"

The streamer noted that the tournament is starting very soon, but there's no excitement, especially compared to last year's championship. Furthermore, NS is concerned that the TI13 prize pool hasn't increased and remains at $1.6 million. He suspects that Valve might address the situation, but there's still no Compendium for 2024 to boost the prize pool.

Earlier, dataminers discovered unexpected details about the 2024 Compendium in Dota 2 files.
