Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov is not surprised by the replacement of Nikita “Panto” Balaganin in
Team Spirit’s Dota 2 roster, as he initially believed the player wasn’t up to the team’s standard.
The streamer shared this opinion on Twitch.
“I warned Team Spirit from the start. Although no one asked me, I said repeatedly on my streams that Panto is a Tier 1 player, but he’s not a Tier S player who will help you win tournaments. He’s just not that kind of player. Miposhka was exactly the kind of player you can win tournaments with, but Panto isn’t. He’s just a default player. He’ll do something: press buttons, show a decent KDA in some games, but he won’t make a difference in the long run. He won’t be the key factor that propels the team forward. This doesn’t surprise me. I think that over time they realized this too—that he’s more of a Yellow Submarine player than a Team Spirit player.”
According to Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov, the content creator was initially convinced that
Team Spirit hadn’t found the most suitable candidate to replace Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, as he considers Nikita “Panto” Balaganin a mediocre player who doesn’t meet the standards of the Tier 1 Dota 2 pro scene. The content creator believes that the former
Team Spirit support would be a better fit for a team like
Yellow Submarine.
As a reminder, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov previously commented on Nikita “Panto” Balaganin’s move to
MOUZ’s Dota 2 roster.
