Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov believes that
Gaimin Gladiators' lawsuit against Dota 2 players will spell the end for the esports organization, as no promising players will agree to join the club after the incident.
The streamer shared this opinion on Twitch.
“The management is to blame for this whole story, and they even filed a lawsuit. Great. Gladiators are acting strangely in this regard. This is the end of this organization in Dota. No one will ever go there to play. Only some hopeless guys.”
According to Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov, because of the actions of
Gaimin Gladiators' management, the players not only lost the opportunity to play at The International 2025, but also faced a lawsuit at a critical moment for the team. The content creator believes that the gaming community will always side with the players rather than the organization, which is why it is very important to find a compromise in such situations.
"Not only did some nonsense happen that prevented the team from playing at The International, but then they also filed a lawsuit. Wow. Who would want to play on a team where something goes wrong and they take you to court? That's pretty unique.
There is no union, but there is a community of players. Players side with players. No one will ever support the organization, even if it is more right than the players. You always have to look for compromises. It's logical. This is not only in Dota, but in any other game."
Let us remind you that earlier Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov shared his opinion on the situation between
Gaimin Gladiators and the Dota 2 players.
