Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov believes that Jonas “SaberLight” Volek's appeal to Valve is a marketing ploy to get fans to buy his cards at The International 2025.
He spoke about this during a broadcast on Twitch.
“He just wants everyone to buy his cards? Marketing genius. First, he wants to appeal to Valve, then say, ‘Guys, buy my cards — then the TI prize pool will grow.’ He wants to dump prices”
NS stated that SaberLight's proposal to increase the TI14 prize pool is actually a marketing ploy. In this way, he wants to increase his popularity in the Dota 2 community. The streamer believes that after that, SaberLight will appeal to fans to buy his cards in order to increase the prize pool.
However, NS did not explain exactly how, in his opinion, the esports player would dump (sell cards at a reduced price).
Recall that earlier, Ammar “ATF” al-Assaf trolled SaberLight after his proposal to Valve.
