Alexey “Not me” Kosmyinin has agreed to join
Team Spirit’s Dota 2 roster. However, the player admitted that this wasn’t his dream.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
“I’m happy about it, but not exactly thrilled. It wasn’t my dream. They just took me.
The manager simply asked me: ‘Do you want to try out for Spirit?’ I replied, ‘Yeah, probably. If I like it, then I can join.’ That’s it.”
According to Alexey “Not me” Kosmyinin, the player has already started taking the initiative in
Team Spirit’s gameplay, but he doesn’t do it too often, trusting his teammates’ ideas. The player also noted that he considers the revamped roster’s first victories to be a fluke, as he saw many issues with the team’s play.
“Yeah, I call plays, but not that often. We have Larl, who can suggest things. Yatoro also calls plays a lot. Not like, a ton, but more than the rest of us. Ryu and I try to do our part, too.”
“I think we played poorly. I don’t know why we won. I don’t think we were that good.”
As a reminder, Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk previously spoke about the changes to
Team Spirit’s roster following the arrival of Alexey “Not me” Kosmyinin.
