PARIVISION Captain, Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko, was emotional at the medal ceremony of the ESL One in Bangkok. The ceremony marked the team’s first LAN victory within a span of 1,843 days which explains his tears.
The event in question was streamed on Twitch.
Let us contextualize this emotionally charged moment. The last time the MID role player won a LAN tournament was when he was part of the
Virtus.pro team which won the Parimatch League in November of 2019. They got $40,000 for winning, a sum that back then was seen as quite modest. Fast forward November 2021,
PARIVISION was an entirely different team in terms of payout with an amount of $300,000 at ESL One Bangkok 2024.
In a recent interview No[o]ne mentioned how he started crying after winning his first major of 2024 and here is where we find out the reason.
In the past No[o]ne has spoken about how
PARIVISION success in fact stemmed from the hard work and communication they shared during ESL one in Bangkok 2024.
