Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko,
PARIVISION mid laner, said that Vladimir “RodjER” Nikogosyan has virtually no chance of making it into a Tier 1 team, although he has the opportunity to play for a Tier 2 club.
The esports player revealed this during a stream on Twitch.
"In a Tier 1 Dota team? No, I don't think so. I love RodjER and loved him as a teammate, he's a great guy, but he took too many breaks and allowed himself to be away from the Tier 1 scene. Even when I was struggling, I still played pubs, was high-ranked, watched replays, and worked on myself. Anything is possible, but I don't think so. No offense to him, it's not because he can't do it. I think it's very difficult to get into a Tier 1 team in general right now"
No[o]ne emphasized that he doesn't want to offend his former teammate, and he gets along well with him, but he has no chance of getting into a Tier 1 team. He also added that it's not even about the player's skill, but that he took a very long break from the Dota 2 pro scene. According to him, the problem now is getting into a Tier 1 roster.
Moreover, No[o]ne emphasized that organizations are looking more at young players than veterans of the pro scene and said that he was actually lucky to be playing at the age of 28.
Nevertheless, he believes that RodjER will have no problem making it into a Tier 2 team, or even a team that will play in the top league, but he will have to work hard to achieve this.
Let us remind you that earlier No[o]ne mentioned two key factors in Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov's return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
