Vladimir "No[o]ne" Minenko, the mid player for PARIVISION, has highlighted how the cups in the Dota 2 competitive structure are so stacked that the events begin to blend together for competitors. This makes the tournaments feel less significant and does not give ample time for the players to train.

He shared this statement during one of his Twitch streams.

"With so many tournaments, it’s hard to keep track. Another BLAST is coming up in a month after playing one last month. In a month’s time another Wallachia will occur and it’s been a month since the last one. These competitions start to lose their significance. We practiced incredibly hard for the first 6 months, and now we’re on a break to prevent burnout. I have no idea how we’ll perform. It’s a big question for me. I hope that Edgar will just get us through every match, and I won’t have to do much"

Nooone made a good point. Players had time to actually prepare for a tournament, but major tournaments are now scheduled back to back. It seems that his has had a negative effect for esports athletes and their value has decreased. This pro also admitted that the PARIVISION team purposefully missed a tournament so they could get some rest and avoid burnout.

It should be emphasized that there is a common consensus this has been an issue among the players lately. This is apparently the main cause for Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov’s exit from Dota 2, as he told his fans recently.
