The former carry of Tundra Esports, Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov, mentioned that the workload from never ending tournaments and a tight competitive schedule has led him to step away from the pro Dota 2 scene for good.

He spoke about this in a post to the fan club’s Telegram channel.

“At the moment, I don't want to be part of the professional scene because there's absolutely zero enjoyment for me in it. This is potentially my biggest motivation not to compete. Competitively, there are too many tournaments and the coverage is extremely condensed. I don't appreciate it and so, what's the point of trying to enjoy the game?”

The player did elude that as of now, the intense schedule of tournaments is something he dislikes, and is one of the primary reasons for not wanting to partake in professional play. Although, he did provide hope when he said he might return to the scene at some point.

“I’m not putting a cap on this being my last tournament—I’m putting a pause on now. Perhaps a return is in order once I'm geared up to put my game face on once again. But until then, traveling, streaming, and enjoying life will be on my agenda! What else is there to do?”

“When I’m on my break, I won’t be online on Twitch forever either, so thank you for following and supporting us! For me, the amount of fans we have is astounding, so thanks. Don't stop seeking us out”

The star carry also noted that he is disappearing from the media space because he is planning on taking a break from streaming and traveling. The media learned that Dyrachyo is still playing in the Dota 2 games, but only in case he decides not to come back.

Remember the time we talked about and how much Dyrachyo made while being a pro Dota 2 player over a span of 5 years?
