Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko stated that he, along with Andrey ‘Dukalis’ Kuropatkin and team coach Filipe “Astini” Astini, make key decisions at
PARIVISION, taking into account the opinions of the other players.
The player shared this information on YouTube.
“Outside of the game, we have five people who make decisions. But often, the decisions are made by me, Astini, and Dukalis. But we always listen to everyone — always. If someone doesn't like something, we definitely take it into account.”
According to Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko, he didn't like that at
Virtus.pro and while working with Alexey “Solo” Berezin, all decisions depended on one person, which is why the player does not take on the role of captain, trying to distribute responsibility among the players. The esports player believes that if he does not constantly take the initiative in matches, he has no right to call himself captain, as this is disrespectful to his teammates.
"Well, I didn't put the team together myself — we all consulted each other. Regarding captaincy, I had a very negative experience at
Virtus.pro, and then with Solo — he constantly called himself captain and did everything himself. Now I understand that it's cool when people feel their contribution, and you tell them about it. For example, I tell Dukalis that he helps me a lot — and that's a fact, he sometimes takes full responsibility in games. Just saying that you're the captain if you don't play every second of the game is not cool, it offends other people. I don't consider myself the captain of this team — we have equality in the game."
Earlier, Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko spoke about the harmful habits of Amer “Miracle-” al-Barkawi, which have seriously damaged the player's health.
