Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko stated that he, along with Andrey ‘Dukalis’ Kuropatkin and team coach Filipe “Astini” Astini, make key decisions at PARIVISION, taking into account the opinions of the other players.

“Outside of the game, we have five people who make decisions. But often, the decisions are made by me, Astini, and Dukalis. But we always listen to everyone — always. If someone doesn't like something, we definitely take it into account.”

The esports player believes that if he does not constantly take the initiative in matches, he has no right to call himself captain, as this is disrespectful to his teammates.

For example, I tell Dukalis that he helps me a lot — and that's a fact, he sometimes takes full responsibility in games. Just saying that you're the captain if you don't play every second of the game is not cool, it offends other people. I don't consider myself the captain of this team — we have equality in the game."
