Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko admitted that Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov receives special treatment within the team due to his age, as teammates give him extra attention.
The
PARIVISION midlaner shared this during an interview with the CYBER portal.
“He needs that extra attention. He’s still very young — it’s only his first year playing on a real tier-1 scene. He takes many things too close to heart, and sometimes I just need to calmly say a few good words to quickly get some point across to him”
He explained that he was once a young player himself and understands the psychological pressure and lack of experience that come with competing on the professional Dota 2 scene. No[o]ne emphasized that Satanic tends to take many things emotionally, so he tries to support him whenever possible.
“I’ve been through a lot in esports — both the bad and the good. I know what it’s like to be flamed by your team. I know what it means to be treated kindly as a person. And the most important thing is that it works for him. I can see that”
No[o]ne tries to trat the young player warmly and notes that this approach truly helps and brings results.
It’s worth noting that earlier,
PARIVISION captain caused a scene after their victory over
Nigma Galaxy.
