No[o]ne named the best teammate for Kez to guarantee victories in matches

Vladimir "No[o]ne" Minenko, midlaner for PARIVISION, called Kez an incredibly strong hero and named three heroes who, when paired with the new character, can win any Dota 2 match.

The legendary esports player shared this during a Twitch stream.

"I don't know if Kez is a good midlaner or not—he's just OP *****. I can't win a single pub against him if I don't focus him. If you pick Kez with Oracle, Shadow Demon, or Tusk, you've won"

The player admitted that even he can rarely beat an opponent playing Kez. He also believes that if Kez is played alongside Oracle, Shadow Demon, or Tusk, the team is guaranteed to win the pub match.
