Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko admitted that he sometimes has to smooth over conflicts between
PARIVISION Dota 2 players, explaining to his teamates how to comunicate properly within the team.
The player spoke about this on YouTube.
“I share my experience with my teammates: how to communicate properly and how to respond to different situations. I try to smooth over conflicts within the team myself.”
According to Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko, sometimes
PARIVISION members have to accept their teammates' decisions, despite their own preferences. The esports player noted that there were also situations when he did not want to play a certain hero, but was forced to accept the team's decision. Nevertheless, the player said that during The International 2025, the team had absolutely no disagreements about the drafts.
“Without trust in each other, you won't get anywhere. Sometimes someone does it grudgingly, which is also okay. I've had situations where I didn't want to play a character. But I understood that I might not see the whole picture. We often agree. At TI14, we were 100% on the same page in terms of heroes, drafts, and ideas.”
Earlier, Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko talked about a conversation between
PARIVISION players, during which the teammates decided to leave the lineup unchanged.
