Alexander "Ultimate," a Dota 2 streamer, stated that there will be no roster shuffles in
Team Spirit, but one or even several players may take a break from the pro scene for a few months.
He shared this information during a Twitch stream.
"There won't be any changes. At most, someone might take a break for a couple of months, and that's it. There will definitely be no global changes, they'll keep playing. The only thing that worries me is that they've been training a lot this year, and someone might want to take a 3-4 month break. But no changes in that regard—I’m sure of it. As for BetBoom, changes are coming; I won't say what, but they will happen. Miposhka is not retiring. He wants to set a record first and then retire peacefully"
According to him, the
Team Spirit roster will remain unchanged despite their exit from The International 2024. However, the team has been training intensively all year, so some players are fatigued, and it’s possible that
Team Spirit might skip a few tournaments.
The rumors about Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov retiring are exaggerated, Ultimate added, explaining that Miposhka wants to set a record in Dota 2 before leaving the pro scene. Nevertheless,
Team Spirit has not yet made any official announcements regarding roster shuffles or player rest plans after TI13.
It’s also worth noting that Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov displayed unexpected behavior recently, possibly signaling his preparation for roster changes in
Team Spirit.
