Nix stated that Team Falcons will not win Riyadh Masters 2024, citing the reason

Alexander 'Nix' Levin stated that he doesn't believe in Team Falcons winning Riyadh Masters 2024. According to him, they are not currently playing in their meta in Dota 2, but nonetheless, they remain a very strong team at the tournament.

The streamer shared this during a Twitch broadcast.

"I think it's not their meta right now, but they are generally a strong team. I believe they can defeat top teams, but I'm not convinced they will win the tournament, that's how it is"

He believes that currently, the team is partially playing outside of their meta. Nix mentioned that many strong heroes they typically use have been taken away from them, but despite that, they find replacements and defeat top teams. However, he does not expect them to win the tournament.

"I wouldn't say it's not their meta. Right now, for example, CK is being played a lot. ATF heroes are in the meta. They just had stronger heroes taken away from them, which they used to play. Mirana as position 5 is no longer played. CM as position 5 is not played. Timbersaw isn't played as effectively in the mid lane right now. Razor has become a weaker hero, but they manage to replace it in games. In fact, they are a very strong team. There are weaker teams at the tournament than Falcons, even when they are not in their meta"
