Alexander “Nix” Levin stated that most of the Dota 2 developers left to work on League of Legends.
The streamer shared this information on Twitch.
"I have some new information. Again, it's all just rumors, but I have something to go on, so to speak. The people who are saying this.
The main development team didn't even go to Deadlock, but to League of Legends. Only one or two developers went to Deadlock."
According to Alexander “Nix” Levin, only a few people remained at Valve to work on Deadlock, but most of the developers of the legendary MOBA have moved to competitors. The streamer noted that this information is at the rumor level, but he trusts his sources. The content creator also believes that the new team is significantly inferior to the previous one because it is afraid to make serious changes to the game.
“And those who came are terrible NPCs. And they are afraid to do anything. They are afraid to break what works.”
Earlier, Alexander “Nix” Levin compared Dota 2 and League of Legends, naming the main difference between the games.
