Alexander “Nix” Levin believes that Amer “Miracle-” al-Barqawi, Clement “Puppey” Ivanov, and Johan “n0tail” Sundstein are definitely worthy of a spot in the Dota 2 Hall of Fame.
The streamer shared this opinion on Twitch.
“I need a list of all Dota players. But obviously, the first names that come to mind are Miracle-, Puppey, and N0tail. Honestly, without a list of all Dota players, I can’t answer this question. It’s very simple: these are the ones who’ve won two Intels. That’s Team Spirit, no matter how you look at it, and some Chinese players.
Although, no, I disagree. Because there’s also the fact that, when playing on a team with super-hardcore players, you can win without being a super-hardcore player yourself. Let’s say I’d definitely induct someone like Somnus, who’s never won The International, into the Hall of Fame. Even Ame, who’s never won The International, seems worthy of the Hall of Fame to me.”
According to Alexander “Nix” Levin, most players who have won The International twice should also be inducted into the Dota 2 Hall of Fame. However, the streamer believes that in this case, the players’ contributions to the team’s victory must be taken into account. The content creator also noted that Lu “Somnus丶M” Yao and Wang “Ame” Chunyi are also worthy of being enshrined in the history of the esports discipline, despite their lack of TI victories.
As a reminder, Alexander “Nix” Levin previously defended
Team Spirit players amid the team’s slump in results.
