Alexander "Nix" Levin revealed that he switched from professional cybersport to commentating because he couldn't stand the heavy workload. The streamer stated that due to burnout he was forced to see a psychiatrist to recover from depression.
The content maker made the comment about ending his career as a professional cybersports player in an interview on BetBoom Sports YouTube channel.
"I went crazy at one point because I was playing a lot. When you play professionally, you literally live minute by minute. I left commentating because I couldn't play anymore, I went crazy, I even went to a psychiatrist.
You know, when you wake up, you don't want to do nothing and you don't know the reason why, you think for what, why and why."
Also Alexander "Nix" Levin said that now similar feelings are experienced in commentating Dota 2. Moreover, the streamer is not the first time he speaks on the topic of burnout from Dota 2. Previously, he several times expressed the prospect of leaving Dota 2 in the near future, nevertheless, he considers himself one of the most professional commentators in this direction.
Recall that earlier Alexander "Nix" Levin highlighted the best heroes in Dota 2 to play on the second position.
