Nix has spoken out about the current state of Dota 2

Alexander “Nix” Levin said that now he does not find anything in Dota 2 that could arouse his interest and bring pleasure from the game.

The streamer made the relevant statement in a private Twitch broadcast.

“I have too many hours in Dota. If I wasn't good at it and was new to it, I'd probably enjoy playing it too. Right now, I can't find the touchpoints I need to play for - it's not cool.”

The streamer also noted that numerous Dota 2 matchmaking problems, such as the presence of dual rating tokens or the unwillingness of developers to actively fight cheating, amidst the active development of Deadlock also discourage the desire to play.

“How long have they been selling double rating tokens for? Just abuzz with money, not thinking at all what matchmaking has turned into. Not banning cheaters who are openly streaming on Twitch with maphuck - not doing anything at all. Just completely letting the game go. With Deadlock alive, where they do so many things... I don't know. I just don't feel like playing Dota.”

It's worth noting that Alexander “Nix” Levin has been actively playing Deadlock lately, comparing the new MOBA shooter to Dota 2.

Earlier Alexander “Nix” Levin spoke about the conflict between players on PGL Wallachia Season 2, taking the side of Akbar “SoNNeikO” Butaev.
