Alexander “Nix” Levin stated that the Riyadh Masters tournaments will never become more popular than The International due to the smaller audience and the specifics of how the series events are organized.
The streamer made this statement on Twitch.
“No matter what anyone says, Riyadh will never be more prestigious than The International because there are no spectators there. You sit there and play in a small room.”
According to Alexander “Nix” Levin, the most spectacular part of The International will take place from September 11 to 14, when teams will play the playoffs in a large arena. The esports player believes that this kind of atmosphere is more attractive for both players and viewers, and that the advantages of the Riyadh Masters are limited to a higher prize pool.
"The whole point of The International will be from September 11 to 14, when there will be a giant arena. Europe, spectators... Everyone wants to feel that vibe. Yes, Riyadh has a big prize pool, but what's the point if there are three sheikhs sitting there watching you while smoking hookah? There's no pressure. It's different. Int is a legendary tournament with a history that is very difficult to lose, no matter how hard they try to do so now."
Earlier, Alexander “Nix” Levin named the weakest player on
Team Spirit, who is to blame for the team's elimination from The International 2025.
