Nix criticized the current generation of esports players

Alexander "Nix" Levin believes that modern Dota 2 pro players lack aggression. They fear taking risks, prioritizing statistics and inventory preservation.

The content creator made this statement during his personal Twitch broadcast, commenting on the results of the first match in the Elite League between Team Secret and Virtus.pro.

"Imagine what scaredy-cats are playing 'Dota' these days. All they care about is not dying and not ruining their KDA so Puppey won't elbow them. They'll never take any risks. All items are always on the defense. The era of aggressive players has passed. Only the scared ones are left."

In the first match of the Elite League tournament, Team Secret defeated Virtus.pro with a score of 2:0. The winners maintained a confident lead on both maps. However, the performance of Team Secret's midlaner, Teng "Kordan" Jin Yao, prompted the content creator to reflect on the approach of modern players to Dota 2.

Recall that earlier, Alexander "Nix" Levin expressed his opinion on some members of Team Spirit's Dota 2 roster and singled out the player he found most unpleasant.
