Alexander 'Nix' Levin believes that
Tundra Esports need to urgently change their offlaner, as Tobias 'Tobi' Büchner is the weak link in the team. However, suitable players on the pro scene are simply not available.
The content maker shared a relevant opinion during a private Twitch broadcast.
"They need a new offliner anyway. You see, there isn't one. There are no normal offliners right now, there are 3.5 people playing Dota. There's no staffing at all. It's a very big problem. They would be happy to hire someone sweaty, but unfortunately they don't have him. Can you imagine how much staffing is missing in the market right now that Tobi is playing Tundra. Anyone who understands plus or minus. it's a top org with top players, but there just aren't any 'threes' right now, a very scarce role."
The streamer also added that there are approximately five million carry players in the community right now, but no good offliners at all. Reflecting on the reasons for this imbalance, Nix emphasizes two circumstances: the first position content-maker considers the easiest, and also adds that everyone wants to "score goals".

Team Spirit captain Yaroslav 'Miposhka' Naydenov named the reason for Nix's failures on the professional scene.
