Streamer Alexander Nix Levin stated that the issue lies not with
9 Pandas but with the poor condition of all the teams in the region, given that they all went through the regional qualifiers for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023.
Alexander expressed this opinion during his personal Twitch livestream.
"This speaks only about the Dota level if Russia's
9 Pandas, for example, qualifies for the tournament. So, it's not all that rosy, so to speak, in the region if there isn't a team that can genuinely compete against guys who just casually gathered together, like, to beat them. What's sad is the state of the region, but I'm happy for the guys that they're having fun. They're enjoying it," said Alexander "Nix" Levin.
It's worth noting that
9 Pandas showed the worst result at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, exiting the tournament after winning only one map.
