9Pandas lose a player after being eliminated from ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023

Andrey "Afoninje" Afonin, representing 9 Pandas, stated that he will leave the team if it takes the last place at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023. This is exactly what happened on the second day of the group stage, where 9 Pandas were eliminated prematurely from the competition.

The esports athlete made these remarks in one of the post-match interviews.

"I don't know how it will go. I would play, of course. But, again, if we take the last place, what's next? We'll see. Of course, if we take the first place, we can think about it"

Apparently, after being eliminated from the tournament, 9 Pandas will once again change their roster, as the team showed one of the worst results at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, exiting the competition on the second day of the event.
