Nigma Galaxy unexpectedly signed a UFC champion

Nigma Galaxy announced that they have signed Khamzat Chimaev, who will become the club’s ambassador.

This was reported on the organization’s official page in X (Twitter).

“I’m proud to represent the UAE in everything I do. This country accepted me like family. I’m happy to join Nigma, to inspire others. I always loved games and competition. The same mentality that leads me to wins in the octagon can help raise real champions in esports too”

The UFC champion emphasized that he is happy to represent the organization and will try to inspire and menthor the young players in the club’s academy. It’s worth noting that the athlete is a long–time Dota 2 fan and has been playing the MOBA since he was 16.

He has repeatedly posted videos of himself playing Dota 2 and shared his impressionns from pubs, so esports is not something compleetly new for the fighter.
