Farikh "Matthew" Puente believes that Saeed "SumaiL" Hassan and Yawar "YawaR" Hassan helped him get into the
Nigma Galaxy roster, despite the fact that the cyber athlete had a strained relationship with them at the time of his signing.
The cyber athlete shared the story of his signing to the
Nigma Galaxy roster as a fourth position sapporter with viewers of a private broadcast on Twitch.
"As far as I understand, SumaiL recommended me to
Nigma Galaxy. When I joined the team, I asked who recommended me to get me and it was SumaiL, but thanks to YawaR. YawaR originally said I was good at playing and stuff, he explained it to SumaiL and the latter had already recommended me.
I was shocked because I had insulted both YawaR and SumaiL before. Well, I never really clashed with SumaiL, it was just a bad atmosphere between us.And it just so happened that the two guys I was fighting with advised me to take me on, and now we get along great."
Farich "Matthew" Puente joined
Nigma Galaxy during January's lineup reshuffle. The squad had one of its weakest results at the Elite League tournament this past year, crashing out during the first round of the Swiss system. At the end of the championship the team shared the 20th - 22nd line with
KEV and
Nouns.
