The clear leader of the new meta became
Night Stalker with a 55.33% winrate. Because the hero didnt receive any nerfs in patch 7.41a his performance continues to grow and already increased by 4.87%.
Right after him is
Spectre who even after nerfs shows a 55.25% winrate. Despite a few nerfs and a rework of Spectral Dagger he still remains a solid pick in matches, although he is not as broken as before the patch.
Meepo returned to the meta even though he was removed from the game twice because of a huge amount of bugs related to him. Despite constant fixes he still remains a strong hero with a 55.05% winrate.
Wraith King was a real imba but received nerfs in patch 7.41a, even though almost all of his abilities were nerfed he still remains a strong hero and managed to stay in the meta with a 54.25% winrate.
Phoenix closes the top 5 heroes with a 53.83% winrate, he didnt have a big spike after the patch but the hero continues to steadily gain winrate. The hero stayed strong because he didnt get nerfed in patch 7.41a.
