Valve released an emergency patch 7.41a for Dota 2, which fixed a large number of bugs in the game and also affected heroes, items, and the current meta.

Magic resistance bonus reduced from 15% to 12% Hallowed movement speed on stack gain decreased from 20% to 15% Hallowed barrier and movement speed duration decreased from 7s to 5s.
