The second season of DOTA: Dragon's Blood turned out to be incredibly dynamic, although it met with some criticism. The most interesting thing is that the creators introduced the audience to new characters.
Judging by the rave reviews, the audience liked these characters. However, their role in the further development of events is not so obvious. For those of you who haven't watched the series yet or just want to know about new characters, which might be in Dota 2. New persona of Auroth, new dragon Kashurra and others you want to know are here.
Beware, there will be spoilers here!
Auroth

Auroth, aka Winter Wyvern, is a familiar hero from Dota 2. In DOTA: Dragon's Blood Book 2 its the character who by rethought authors, and is presented as an intelligent dragon that has taken on a human form.
In the game, she is a support with an excellent heal and a strong ultimate ability. Her Cold Embrace ability was even shown in the anime.
She loves books and poetry, and shares this with Bram, Davion's squire from the first season. A romantic relationship develops between them.
Previously, dragons were just beasts with no intelligence, controlled by Eldwyrm. But they gained sentience after discovering the power of the Ancients called "Ore". Unlike the others, Aurot was only affected by the Radiant side. Because of this, Winter Wyvern gained sentience, became a friendly and compassionate being. She can also take on human form, which was shown in the series.

Unfortunately, she dies at the end of the second season, despite the budding relationship between her and Bram. Based on the fact that the anime is about the reincarnation of dragons, it is possible that she will return in the third season.
Bram

Bram is Davion's squire who disappeared from the narrative after the second episode of the first season, except for a brief moment in the season finale. He returned in Book 2 as a connection to another powerful dragon.
The base in Dragon Hold was destroyed in the first episode of the season, where he receives the status of a full-fledged knight on the ruins. Bram spends most of DOTA: Dragon's Blood Book 2 in the company of Auroth and tries to flirt with her.
Kashurra

Kashurra is the main and covert antagonist. He is a dragon of void in DOTA: Dragon's Blood Book 2. Like Auroth, he came into contact with a fragment of the Ancient, which gave him intelligence and the ability to take on human form.
Kashurra is a mysterious character who appeared to the audience as a friend of Mirana. He maintains a close bond with Mirana, and was one of the few people in the Helio Imperium that she has come to know since childhood.
He is instrumental in uncovering Mirana's true parentage as a descendant of the Worldwyrm, and attempted to draw it out of her by killing her parents and aiding a rebellion against her family. When that didn't work, he arranged for her to escape, which led her to Selemene. He manages to help Mirana tap into her Worldwyrm powers by killing Marci in the final episode of the season.
Vanari

The mysterious Vanari appears at the beginning of the second season of Dragon's Blood. She is introduced as an assassin who wants to capture Mirana to bring her back to the Helio Imperium, but later returns and tries to kill her.
Vanari, like Kashurra, is not a Dota 2 character. She also has no connection to any heroes and is a completely original character.
In her final appearance in DOTA: Dragon's Blood Book 2, she fights Luna and reveals that she is not actually a humanoid at all. Her real face looks like a mixture of predators from "Predator" and a xenomorph from "Alien". But Lina interrupts the battle and kills Vanari.
What is the Worldwyrm?
Worldwyrm is a god-like being from which all things are born. It also appears to be the sun god of the DOTA: Dragon's Blood universe.
In lore, there are eight pillars of existence that are derived from Worldwyrm. These pillars of existence are represented by the eight Eldwyrms, collectively referred to as the Thunder.
While not everything is fully known, it is implied that some humans are descended from dragons. Davion and Lina are descendants of Slyrak, so the former can serve as a host body, while the latter has firebending. Mirana is likely a descendant of the Worldwyrm.

Kashurra knew about this and repeatedly tried to drain this power from her. Mirana can only use her Worldwyrm powers after experiencing a sense of grief. Because of this, he killed Mirana's parents when she was a child. It didn't work, but Marci's death in the last episode awakened her powers.
If we are destined to see new heroes in Dota 2, then Bram, Vanari and Kashurra are excellent candidates. Also, many people liked the human persona of Winter Wyvern. But whether Valve will be able to implement this idea in the game and make a human person for the dragon hero remains to be seen in the future.
