After a devastating defeat at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, Blacklist International's coach, Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung, left the team. Currently, he is actively seeking employment and is open to considering any offers.

The esports player shared his situation in a post on his Twitter account:

"LFT as a coach. Feel free to contact me. Discussion and sharing is very much welcomed as well."

At ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, Blacklist International shared the 9-10th place with LGD Gaming, earning the team 480 EPT points. Such results significantly tarnished Mushi's reputation, as the team's expectations were much higher than the actual outcome. On the other hand, even these results at the ESL-scale championship can be considered valuable experience by potential employers.
