Danil 'molodoy' Golubenko, the AWPer of FURIA, explained that the team is not in their best form right now and they are making mistakes in the most critical moments of matches. He believes that after ESL Pro League Season 23 they will be able to fix these issues.
He wrote about it in his Telegram channel.
“The tournament for us is over, we are out of ESL Pro League.
If I speak honestly about the situation, my first game I played right after the flight. I arrived and almost immediatly went to the match. Of course this is not an excuse, but it definitely affected my game.
Right now we make too many mistakes in moments where you simply cant do that. At this level such things are punished instantly. Personally from me there is also a lot of mistakes. I need to work on my individual form.
The good news is that now we have some time to rest a little, calmly analyze everything and properly practice with the team before the next tournament. I assure you, there we will look much better”
Molodoy admitted that he himself is also not in the best form, and the long flight also affected his performance. At the same time the player does not hide that he is glad about a small break after the elimination.
According to him, the team can now use this time to rest and also fix the problematic moments in their Counter-Strike 2 gameplay.
