Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov stated that
Team Spirit’s management had been interested in his situation long before the esports player returned to the team.
The team’s coach discussed this in an interview with Dota2.
“Let’s put it this way: we talked about this several times. The first conversation was just to feel each other out—he was simply asking what my general thoughts were. It was March or April—something like that. Korb3n threw out all sorts of questions: whether I was enjoying my time off, whether I was thinking about coming back, and so on.
Then, closer to the qualifiers for The International 2026, around May, we had a more in-depth meeting and discussed our plans. “Overall, I expressed my desire to return and said I was ready to give training a try.”
Acording to a statement by Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, team manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov contacted him back in early spring to inquire about the esports player’s future plans and how he was feeling. However, more detailed discussions about Miposhka’s return to the team began closer to the qualifiers for The International 2026.
As a reminder, Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov previously spoke about a new practice routine at
Team Spirit’s training sessions.
