Mini roster has lost the slot at DPC 2021 after leaving squad on team registration website

Pedro Luiz «mini» Rezende de Paula, a former Incubus Gaming player, told in TwitLonger that his team lost a slot on Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 2 due to the fact that they left the organization and left the roster on the team registration site from Valve.
Good evening everyone, I'd like to clarify what has happened to our slot in the SA DPC.
When we decided to part ways with Incubus, we left the team on the Dota 2 website and our manager transfered the team management to the Incubus staff as we wouldn't be using that Tag anymore. But apparently you're supposed to transfer the entire roster to your new team tag in order to keep your slot, so the very moment we left the team, we lost our spot. Two clicks outweighed about 10 months of hard work and practice.
Team mini will play under the new Spirits tag at OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 2: Open Qualifier, which will be held from March 29 to 30.
