Mark Averbukh - Epic Esports Events representative, shared his opinion on Twitter regarding postponing the place for The International 10.
My guess is that if a new city for The International is not selected by July 10, the deadline is 15, it will be 100% postponed to the end of August or beyond.
The International 10 will run from August 5-15. Initially, the tournament was supposed to take place in Stockholm, but the Swedish authorities did not recognize TI10 as a sports competition. Because of this, players will not be able to receive privileges when applying for visas.
