The esports organization HellRaisers on Twitter announced a new sports director of the Dota 2 roster - Maria «Inverno» Gunina.

Maria joined HellRaisers as a sports director.
Thanks to Masha, our club has created a new Dota 2 roster and became a D2CL champion. We are confident that this collaboration will bring us many interesting cases.
Maria previously worked as a manager at Alliance organization. In HR, she works with her husband Alexander «nofear» Churochkin, who became a coach.
Maria «Inverno» Gunina:
My main task is to build an ecosystem that will allow the club's rosters to win. At first, my focus was shifted to Dota, but now I spend more and more time on operational and business processes and how we can optimize them to achieve better results.
New roster of HellRaisers won D2CL S5. At the moment, the team is participating in the First Division of DPC in Eastern Europe and will play in the new season of Dota 2 Champions League.
